100% cancellation fee will be charged from 2 days prior to the event. Take-out is not available.

- Bouquets are available up to 3 days in advance (phone reservations), and cakes up to 1 week in advance.
- Q. Can I bring my own cake?
- Bringing your own equipment to the store is basically not allowed. Please use in-store arrangements.
- Q. Is it possible to change the number of people on the day of the tour?
- We will respond to the extent possible. Please contact the store as soon as possible.
