This course consists of 8 dishes designed to create a special moment with your loved ones.
For appetizers, "Seared Kobe Beef Sushi" served with aromatic porcini
The event will be served with warm popovers.
Seafood dishes include a plate of scallops and prosciutto ham in strawberry sauce and
Lobster bisque with rich flavor is available.
For the main course, BLT STEAK GINZA's signature "Prime Filet Mignon (120g)
Served with mashed potatoes and boiled broccoli.
For dessert, "Strawberry Mont Blanc" will be served to add color to Valentine's Day.
